As a first generation college graduate I thought that everything would “be fine” after graduation. But as a young professional navigating new spaces, new rhythms with community and new health changes
I struggled with figuring out how to build a life that led to my success in and outside of my work. And as I found some stability after lots of trial and error, I became passionate about passing down that information to anyone who would listen but especially, upcoming graduates. *incomes The Rooted Adult Co.*

We meet young professionals in the community. Created in Seattle, WA, The Rooted Adult Co. aims to physically meet young professionals where they. We do this by intentionally hosting events near public transit and in collaboration with community.

We keep our prices as low as possible to make information and community as accessible as possible.
Strength Based:
We utilize a strength based perspective. We believe everyone has strengths and growth areas and we use both to help guide people towards a life of agency that they create.
